Service Manager
We are looking for someone who loves leading and is truly passionate about service. Service is simply your thing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach your craft to new talents and further develop your leadership skills. You are able to handle people in both challenging and easy situations. In addition to delivering outstanding service, you will be the closest manager to the service team. You will be responsible for recruiting and training new employees, ensuring your team has a well-functioning schedule, and continuously following up on and developing the service experience for our guests.
Most of your service hours will be spent working as a shift leader.

Extensive experience in service
Used to leading others
Responsible, structured, and a strong team player
Required: Previous experience in the industry, including at least 2 years as a maître d’
Ideal: Previous leadership experience
